UNTANGLE YOUR PAST. EMBRACE YOUR STORY.
Speaker | Story Work Guide | Writer
Guiding women in tracing the threads of their story so they can move from survival into wholeness.
you are not a failure…
You are stuck in patterns of survival.
You have a longing to experience connection and freedom. You work so hard to pursue that longing. You have read the books, prayed the prayers, sought wisdom, tried to act differently. And yet, in certain moments, nothing seems to change. Not because you do not care, and not because you are not trying, but because some patterns run deeper than awareness alone can reach.
But your patterns make sense in light of your story.
The ways you learned to cope, protect, or stay small were shaped somewhere, often long before you had language for what was happening. Repeated relational experiences shape our nervous systems.
Story Work is the practice of turning toward those earlier chapters of our lives with honesty and support, not to assign blame, but to understand. Because understanding loosens what shame tightens, and nothing in your story is beyond redemption.
You do not have to begin that work alone.
I have done this work myself.
I have been on this journey.
I have seen it unfold in my own life.
I have had the privilege of walking with other women as they begin to turn toward their stories with courage. It is work I continue to engage in personally and in community, and work I care deeply about inviting others into.

“As I listened to Michélle share her story so vulnerably, I knew I needed to begin this work in my own life. For the first time, I could see healing and clarity ahead in a way I don’t think I would have explored without that moment.”

it’s not about fixing yourself.
Story Work is about understanding how you were formed so you can move forward with greater freedom.
